LGBT people live healthy and happy lives, have equal opportunities, rights and responsibilities. Has reached a mutual understanding between people with different sexual orientations and different attributes.
Advocacy for the rights of the LGBT community
Establish an effective legal framework against discrimination. Influence the formation of public policy in terms of LGBT rights and combating discrimination on grounds of Sogi
Lobby for a clear legislative prohibition of discrimination on grounds of Sogi (as in the Constitution of Ukraine, and in a special law)
To lobby for the adoption of criminal liability for hate crimes and administrative responsibility for discrimination (including harassment, hate speech and other forms of discrimination), clear and transparent procedures for investigating such crimes and the inevitability of punishment.
Continue implementation of the policy of equality and diversity among employers, as a mechanism for the creation of a tolerant environment in the workplace.
Reduce the warning level in the society towards the LGBT community
Trained professional community (doctors, policemen, teachers, psychologists and others), a tolerant attitude towards LGBT people and respect for human rights.
